• Shape -A visual area contained within a specified boundary.
• Form -Objects and shapes in dimension; either represented in 2D or 3D.
• Two kinds of shape; organic and geometric.
• Organic shapes are found in nature.
• Geometric Shapes are defined by Math.
• Forms are shapes in 3-Dimensions, they cast shadows and take up space.
• Shapes are flat and exist in 2-D. As soon as a shape has thickness it becomes a form.
