TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The student who is enrolled in this Institute will have to work hard regularly. In case any student creates indiscipline in the Institute, is irregular in attendance and not responding properly, then he/she may be expelled from the Institute. The decision of the Managing Director/Coordinator in this regard will be final and binding on the student. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
2. Students must not be absent himself/herself from the Institute without submitting a leave application, he/she will not be allowed to attend classes without permission of the Managing Director/Coordinator of the Institute. He/she may be deemed to expel from the Institute. No separate intimation will be sent to the parents. No fee or part of the fee paid/encashed will be refunded in such cases.
3. For default on payment of fee, a student’s name shall be struck off the roll of the Institute.
4. Fee must be paid at the mentioned time.
5. Registration money/Fees will not be refunded/Transferred or adjusted under any circumstances.
6. Each Student will be issued an identity card. The entry in to the classes/Institute will be only with identity card of the student is lost/misplaced, a duplicate. I card can be asked from the Institute against some payment.
7. In case, if any student/parents/guardian misbehaves with any member of the Institute or in the premises of Center, his/her ward can be rusticated from the Institute and no fee or part of fee will be refunded in such cases.
