THE SOCIAL LEARNING ACTIVITY MODEL FOR LEARNING SYSTEM STRATEGIES Keywords: E-learning, social learning, participation, active, pas E-learning system have been widely used by many institution mainly for teaching and learning. Current e- learning have been embed with social media to encourage students participation in learning activity. However, there is still lack of use among students and instructor. A model is developed as a guidelines to instructor in order to get student participate by maximized the social media capabilities. Wiki is choose as social learning tool because it is encourage students to collaborate effectively in learning process. Thus the participation involved can be use to identify the students action; active and passive. Introduction Based on 4 elements 1. E-learning 2. Social learning 3. Meaningful learning 4. Wiki Moodle 2.3 is a potential tool for students to get participates in social learning interaction. Students also can identify as active and passive. In addition, the instructor also can motivate students who fall into passive attitude.
