    Procedure:1. PART A : At room temperature, add Deionized Water into a vessel and start agitation.

    2. Add Carbopol ® * Silk 100 polymer into water vortex using vigorous agitation, mix until uniform.

    3. Add remaining PART A ingredients, one at a time in the order listed. Mix until uniform.

    4. Neutralize to pH = 5.8 with sodium hydroxide.

    5. Add PART B ingredients to the batch with mixing.

    6. Add PART C ingredients to the batch with mixing.

    7. Add PART D ingredients to the batch one at a time in the order listed. Mix until uniform.

    8. Adjust pH and viscosity with additional addition of NaOH and NaCl as desired.
