SGXNet – SGX StarGate Guide

Overview

With effect from 17 July 2017, SGXNet introduces a new login system – SGX StarGate. Key changes include:

1) Enhanced user experience with the new login page – https://mylogin.sgx.com

2) Introduction of new One Time Password (OTP) options – SMS OTP (recommended)

3) Self Service Password Reset using the Forget Password link

4) Update of mobile number

5) Activation of Token

6) Linking of Token

7) Un-Linking of Token

Login Page

There will be a new web address (https://mylogin.sgx.com) and the login button (shown below) will be updated with the new web address with effect from 21 August 2017. Please access SGXNet via the new web address and bookmark it for your use.

One Time Password (OTP)

SMS OTP is available for your second level authentication. You can still choose to obtain your OTP via OneKey token by selecting “OneKey OTP”.

One Time Password (OTP)

Upon successful login, you will be directed to StarGate Application portal. Click on “SGXNet” under My Applications and you will be able to access SGXNet portal.

Reset Password

Reset of password can now be done online. Click on the “Forgot Password” link to start the password reset process.

Enter your User ID (e.g. Stargate01) and the CAPTCHA code generated and click the “SUBMIT” button

Upon successful entry of the User ID and CAPTCHA code, the following message will appear on the screen notifying you that an email has been sent to you

Open the email and Click on the “Password Reset Link” and you will be redirected to a webpage.

You will be prompted to enter the OTP for verification.

You will be prompted to key in your new password twice. Once submitted, your password will be updated.

Reset Password

You can also change your password after you have logged in to SGXNet StarGate. Click on the icon at the top right hand corner and you will see the below dropdown list. Select “Change Password” to start the process of changing password.

You are required to enter the current password and then the new password twice.

Once your password is successfully updated, the following confirmation message will appear. Please note that after the new password has been updated, you will not be able to change the password again during the next 24 hours.

Change Mobile Number

To update your mobile number, click on the icon on the top right hand corner and select “View Profile”.

You will be directed to the User Profile page where you can update your number. Simply click on “Update” after you have keyed in your mobile number. Do note that text fields with grey background are not editable.

Activation of Token

You will need the following items to activate and link your OneKey Token. Welcome letter containing the username Separate PIN mailer containing the password

Activation of TokenWelcome Letter

You will receive a Welcome Letter containing the OneKey Username and the Identification Number.

Activation of TokenPIN Mailer

A pin mailer will be mailed to you separately. The PIN mailer holds the Initial Login Password. The password can be found at the bottom of the PIN mailer.

Activation of OneKey Token

Visit OneKey website at www.onekey.sg to activate your token. Click on the button “Activate your OneKey”.

Click on “Activate OneKey/SMS OTP”.

Steps:1. Select the ID Type as “SP-Sponsored”. 2. Enter the Identification No. which can be found in the Welcome Letter.

Please choose two Secret Challenge Questions and provide the answers. This is to allow you to recover your NAF Account Password should you forget in the future.

You are required to set your password for the NAF account.

Check through the details on the screen, click on the “I confirm that the above information is correct”.

Linking of Token

To link your OneKey token, access StarGate and click on “Request Portal”.

Linking of Token

In the Request Portal page, click on “Details” under “Link OneKey Token Request”. Fill up the information required and click on “Submit”. Upon submission, you will receive a message prompt as shown.

Un-Link Token

To un-link your OneKey token, access StarGate and click on “Request Portal”.

In the Request Portal page, click on “Details” under “Un-Link OneKey Token Request”. Fill in the reason under “Justification” and click on “Submit”. Upon submission, you will receive a message prompt as shown.
