One Million Pop Tab Collection

Challenge

What: Collect pop tabs at home, Use a container or plastic bag. When your container is full, bring it to school, empty into your homeroom bucket, and bring your container home to fill again.. Cluster C Pop tabs will be collected in each homeroom. Who: ALL STUDENTS AND STAFF- Sponsored/organized by Cluster C Where: Pop tabs will be collected at home, and then in each homeroom classroom. The entire school will support Cluster C and collect pop tabs in the cafeteria. When: November 2015 through May 2016 How: Carefully pull off the pop tab from your favorite soft drink or soup can and bring them to school. ***Helpful reminder: collect pop tabs in your container. When this is filled, bring to homeroom, empty into big container, and then return home to fill again. ****Ask family and friends to help you collect!! Why: All of the pop tabs collected at SGS will be donated to the Ronal McDonald House. The tabs will be recycled and money collected to support the Ronald McDonald House. The Ronald McDonald House provides a home away from home for families of seriously ill or injured children.
