At Sgaravatti Trend, design and

innovation meet nature.

KalaMitica

We looked for a solution that could be practical and, at the same

time, bring out the beauty of the plants.

The mission: to find an innovative solution to create green and

flowering compositions on the walls.

We developed a container made of resin

where a magnet has been inserted with a

patented process.

Thanks to the magnet,

the pots can be hanged

and can be attached and

re-attached creating new

compositions following the

mood of the moment.

The pots are available in different shapes,

colours and measures:

We developed a wide range of supports to give

our customers the possibility to find their

perfect and unique combination.

The laser-cut plates are available in several

shapes and colours.

The plates create original still life

compositions… with living plants.

The KalaMitica range includes

also a LED lamp…

… and the Invisible Support,

to hang the magnetic pots

where you want.

The production of the KalaMitica collection is completely Italian

and is managed directly by Sgaravatti Trend. Specialised personnel follows every step of the process.

KalaMitica Plants:

Pot Cover Iris Decorative Details

Iris is the pot cover made of

fabric that decorates your

home and highlights your

plants.

It joins together the pot and the saucer and protects every surface

from scratches. It is stain-proof and water-resistant.

Iris creates a barrier that prevents the proliferation of mosquitos.

It is available in many colours and

patterns to enhance the beauty of

each plant.

Fashion Plant Trendsetter plants

It’s a new expression of «Made in

Italy», where art, fashion, design

and colour are mixed together with

the great Italian innovative skills.

«Fashion Plant» aims to be the brand that express the maximum

quality in the trade of plants.

The mission: to give an additional value to the plant, elevating it from

the static traditional offer.

Only selected high quality plants

have been chosen to be matched

with the Pot Cover Iris…

An artistic card is dedicated to each species; on

the reverse side it gives some important tips

about the plants.

«Io purifico l’aria» («I purify the

air») is a Fashion Plant collection

dedicated to the plants that clean

indoor environments from noxious

substances, such as benzene and

formaldehyde.

With this project we want to give a

new interpretation of common

objects and change our perspective

on the world around us.

We want to fulfill the need of giving new

life to waste materials and of surrounding

ourselves with positive energy.

With these concepts in mind,

common wooden pallets can become green walls…

…thanks to CRAZY POT, the pot

made of recycled Tetra Pak® and designed

to be perfectly inserted in the pallets.

It is made of EcoAllene™, an innovative raw material that comes from

recycled food and beverage cartons in Tetra Pak®.

• Tetra Pak® is a certified source material therefore from its recycling

process it’s possible to obtain a plastic with a stable, constant

composition: EcoAllene™.

• Thanks to EcoAllene™’s high insulation capability, the plant is

protected against heat and cold.

• EcoAllene™ is environmentally-friendly not only because it’s recycled,

but also because it can be recycled again!

The Crazy Pallet project has taken centre stage at our stand for the

Giardina Zurich 2013 exhibition.

We built our space with the Crazy Pallet concept, achieving a great success

among both the public and the jury: we won a prize for its originality,

aesthetics and functionality!

attention to ecology.

Floricoltura Boarini stands out

for the attention it pays to the

environmental impact of its

nurseries.

Floricoltura Boarini aims for the

reduction of the plastic use with the

planter in carton EcoPlanter .

The water for the nurseries is

recycled in a closed-loop system .

Energy is produced with solar

panels .

The air-conditioning of the

nurseries is controlled and

optimized thanks to a hot-water

heating fuelled by wood waste .
