• More time to solve challenges finding a balance between everything being a rush and wasting too much time on projects

• Get outside more (outside working space like a porch or patio would be ideal)

• More processes in place to provide order• Clear communication of expectations and

annual performance reviews• Name change so we do not sound like two

agencies• Fewer emails more conversations• If you point out a problem offer a solution

• Better communication throughout the agency (newsletter perhaps, weekly update where you can send in info ahead of time if you're going to be out)

• Include media and digital in creative kickoffs to encourage more collaboration upfront

• Employee list with emails and cell #s• Better office space including quiet rooms for calls and

workspace as well as fun rooms• Treadmill desk, standing desk options with 2nd screen,• If you're going to leave for an outing/biking etc and be

unavailable make sure your work is done or at least at a stopping point where you aren't putting a burden on your team
