we all remember the grandiose tales of Dr. Seuss. He transported us to worlds filled with far fetched characters and exuberant atmospheres. Although layered with vi-brant colors and organic shapes every story has an under-lying theme that correlates to growing up. No matter how much we mature we can always find a way to apply his lessons. In high school we learn to steer ourselves any which way we choose. As a student, you explore your op-tions, and through high heights and hang-ups you dis-cover the path that leads you to you.

Bred in Cave Creek, a place where art flourishes, Cactus Shadows nurtures an ability for one’s creativity to be ex-pressed through a plethora of mediums. Just like Dr. Seuss, Cactus Shadows students are larger than life. Living in a place enclosed by the desert, Cactus Shadows cultivates artistic ingenuity amidst the students. Even when the sun sets the vibrant colors reflect that of a Dr. Seuss book. And even when we leave the vivid Arizona Seuss book. And even when we leave the vivid Arizona skies, going to the places we will go, it is Cactus Shadows that we will always call home.

GROWINGUP

This book is dedicated to Dr. Seuss. From stumbling through your words as a child we’ve grown to becomemore connected with your stories in deeper way other than your lively illustrations.
