Registration should be done only within the given period of time. Registration is applicable to local delegates only (Philippine missions and Metro Manila Missions). There are 3 options for payment:

o Cash- proceed to the CFC Global Mission Center located at 20thAvenue, Cubao, Quezon City,Metro Manila 1109, head to the cashier, present your transaction ID and pay the necessary

amount. Registration will be confirmed once paid. Payments will be entertained only on

January 16, 2014 from 9:00am to 5:00pm

o Credit card-Provide the following details accurately, if registration is successful automaticallythe registration will be confirmed.

For Bank payments, pay before the registration date, transaction will only last for 24 hours afterregistration. Failure to input bank details on the given date will forfeit the registration.
