sp. The verdict has been changed after a review of all

record for Seychelles. There have
been 21 records over the last 10 years with at least
one record per annum during this period, satisfying
SBRC criteria as an annual visitor to Seychelles. Its
status has been changed to Annual. However, SBRC
will continue to collect all reports and observers are
encouraged to continue to submit.
