• Interchanged columns

– All Settlement & Billing Extracts posted 11/14 - 11/19 (no extracts run/posted 11/11-11/13 to introduce lag) had the Generation_Unit_Code and Transaction_Date fields interchanged in the Settlement_Interval CSV file.

• Generation_Unit_Code is stored as VARCHAR(64) and Transaction_Date is stored as DATE. Therefore, when the Generation_Unit_Code attempted to insert into the Transaction_Date field, the record would fail to load into the database.

• Issue not found in internal or market testing.

– This data is sent to QSEs representing generation.

– Logic corrected prior to the production of this extract on 11/20/2006 using DDL version 10, which was posted on 10/14/2002.
