Setting up UOP on Mac

1 Getting started Download and install Unifaun OnlinePrinter for MAC from HELP > Help Page. Click Agree to agree with the terms of the license and finish the installation.

Drag the Unifaun OnlinePrinter icon to the Applications folder.

In Unifaun Online/Pacsoft Online/Posti SmartShip go to SETTINGS > Print Management > Guide – Printer settings (recommended). Click Allow.

Click Open.

After launching the UOP, you will need to allow the application to be installed. Go to Apple icon > System preferences > Security and privacy and click Open Anyway.

2 Troubleshoot OnlinePrinter Problem Solution

Error message saying that the program can't be run on your type of processor or operating system.

You probably have a 32-bit operating system and need to download another installation program. Please contact customer support.

Problem Solution

Error message saying "Java runtime dll is missing".

Download and install the necessary program library. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53587 to download.

Problem Solution

The program doesn't start. Go to System preferences > Security and privacy and click "Open anyway".

Problem Solution

The program doesn't start. Delete the program's working folder and enter new printing settings.

1. Exit OnlinePrinter.

2. On Mac, go to Macintosh HD > Users > <your user name> > unifaun.

3. Delete the folder called "webprinter or "webclient".

4. Log in to Unifaun Online/Posti Smartship.

5. Go to Settings > Print management.

6. Click ”Guide – Printer Settings (recommended)” and go through the steps.

Error message saying that the program doesn't show.

Click Activate Unifaun OnlinePrinter Client.
