information GatheringBefore we can properly determine which pool is right for you and your family together, there are many questions that need to be answered. What size will fit? Does pool have lighting? Should I choose chlorine or salt? These are just a few of the most common questions. Here at R & R Pools, we will take it a little further just for you. Do you need an outside cooking area or restroom? Will any provisions need to be made for proper yard drainage? Are there any special arrangements that need to be made for children or the elderly? Once these questions, and many more, are answered, we are ready to proceed.

DesignMeasurements are to begin the design phase. Our design team uses the latest 3-D software to create conceptual drawings depicting not only the pool and decking, but also any water features, furniture layouts, landscaping, fencing, BBQ islands, etc. The old adage “seeing is believing,” certainly holds true here. Together, we review each depiction and determine what changes are necessary to fulfill all of your requirements. The ability to see the backyard and pool, including all of its surroundings, greatly reduces the uncertainty often involved in construction. Our

3-D drawings leave nothing to the imagination; you know what you’re getting and we know what we’re building for you.

installationHere comes the easy part. In many construction projects, the actual start day brings much nervous anxiety. Not so with R & R Pools. Rather than stress, we want you to feel excitement. Remember all of the questions asked earlier? Remember the numerous illustrations we produced? All of this amounts to a seamless and enjoyable installation process. Our professional installation crews have the blueprint for success. With the 3-D drawings, we are aware of your full expectations and we have the skills to make them come to life. We pride ourselves on the fact that we handle all phases of construction in house.

care & maintenanceWe call this step “Swimming Pool 101.” Here, we teach you the do’s and don’ts of proper care, maintenance, operation and safety of your new pool. Simply put, we built you a new, pristine, enjoyable, beautiful pool and we teach you how to keep it that way. Many homeowners have a tendency to unnecessarily stress over pool maintenance; but, sincerely, technology has improved and eased several facets of our lives, including the pool industry. We at R & R Pools understand the purchase of your pool was for enjoyment and not to have another chore added to your “to do list;” and, that is why your pool contains the latest proven technologies designed to decrease maintenance time and increase relaxation time.
