How to Manage your Oxygen Account

The Oxygen web client provides you with a single place to centrally administrate and manage your Oxygen account.

Login to Oxygen Web Client

Go to → login.oxygencloud.com

Enter Oxygen ID → Locate

Enter password → Login

Admin Control Panel

The “Admin Controls” menu is only accessible to users with admin privileges and provides you access to all the administrative features.

Inviting Users to Oxygen

Select “Users” → “Invite Users”

Enter email addresses and personal message to invitees.

Select “Invite” to send invitations.

Team Sharing with Spaces

Spaces are the easiest way to share files across your team. They are shared folders with some additional options for control and permissions.

Only admins can create spaces.

You can grant space management rights to non-admin users.

Select “Spaces” → “Create New Space”

Fill in appropriate fields

Select “Create” to complete

Space Owner

Owners can add users, invite outside guests, and manage permissions

Capacity

Determines how much storage this space can use.

Listed in Directory

Makes space visible to other members via the space directory

Enable Write Permissions by default

New users will have write privileges

Managing Space Permissions

You have the ability to grant access and management permissions to any user in a space.

Permissions can easily be changed/updated at anytime.

“Can Write” Permission

The “Can Write” permission dictates a users ability to contribute files to a space.

If enabled, users can add, save, or update files in the space.

If disabled, they are only given access to the files in the space but cannot save them back.

“Can Manage” Permission

The “Can Manage” permission dictates a users ability to have admin rights for a specific space.

If enabled, users can add users, invite outside guests, and manage space details.

Important Take-aways

The web client interface provides a central location to manage all administrative features.

Spaces are shared folders that provide you and your users an area to save files to. Once a file is shared in a Space, it can easily be accessed by any members in that space from any of their devices.

You can grant user access permissions to a Space on a user by users basis by toggling the “Can Write” and “Can Manage” features within a Space.
