Status on the Updating of the Nutrition Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation System

Background and Rationale RESPONSE to the need for a more relevant, simple, systematic, efficient and effective monitoring and evaluation system for PPAN monitor targets vs. accomplishments and to evaluate RESULTS (outputs, outcomes and impacts) produce information and lessons for decision-making
