Timeline

• January 2016: Commission will initiate rule adoption process

• Mid-February to Mid-March: 30-day public comment period

• April 2016: Commission consideration of public comments and vote

• May 2016: if adopted, the rule will become effective and Guidance Doc will be available

Timeline

• Implementation of rule changes will be phased in over two academic years

• All changes implemented by AY 2018-19

• A detailed implementation timeline will be provided with Guidance
