Building our understanding and knowledge through researchThe WAVE (Well-Being of Adolescents in Vulnerable Environments) Study is underway and is designed to understand the factors that facilitate and hinder disadvantaged adolescents from obtaining needed health information

It is being conducted in six global cities; Baltimore, Nigeria*, Johannesburg, New Delhi, Rio de Janeiro and Shanghai*funded by the Gates Foundation. All other sites are funded by AZ
