putting systems in place to prevent abuse or neglect from
happening in the future.

• We all have a duty to report concerns if we think someone is
being abused or neglected.
• If you think a service user is being abused or neglected,
inform your Area Coordinator or supervisor to find out
who you should report your concerns to.
