Final Tips
Find a problem that truly interests you! Establish a strong base in the literature during
coursework. Read for theory AND for data sources. Take advantage of workshops (some are funded!). Explore the dataset fully and find literature on its
use. Contact IRB and find out if you need a
determination or exemption. Take advantage of the benefits of secondary data. Contact Lynda ([email protected]) if you have
any questions!
