INTRODUCTION:As a server working the special events at the San Diego Zoo, you must follow certain rules of etiquette about who to serve and when. Doing so will ensure that food is served appropriately to create a unique and memorable experience for our guests.
In order to serve food in the correct time (when) and order (who), you need to know:• how to use an Event Order• the sequence of events during a seated
dinner service• the sequence of serving seated guests
