Multi HandlerDesigned specifically for lifting and positioning large

components. The Liebherr MH-4500 Multi Handler

is a hydrostatically, self propelled tool for lifting and

positioning of large components during maintenance or

repair. Equipped with a ride-on platform, one person can

easily maneuver the Multi Handler into tight working areas

with the replacement component safely secured.

Precise positioning of components, allows maintenance

or repair assignments to be completed safely and

efficiently reducing non-productive down time.

The Multi Handler features a basic hydraulic control panelfor initial maneuverability that is easy to operate from the

ride-on platform. As an added feature, the remote control

joystick box allows precise positioning of components in

difficult to reach spaces.

Note:

The Liebherr Multi Handler is intended for use inside a

maintenance shop with a smooth, level hard-surfaced

floor. Rough surfaces or grades over 1% may limit

performance or mobility.

Liebherr’s self propelled Wheel Handler handles heavy

components up to 44,000 lbs/19,960 kg for dismounting,

transporting and remounting a variety of heavy

components, including large wheel motors. With front

and rear raise/lower, tilt, rotate and side-shift features the

unit easily aids in installation or removal of wheel motors.

Auxiliary hydraulic power ports and optional attachments

allow the Wheel Handler to be used in handling other

heavy equipment components such as suspensions, and

front wheel assemblies.

The Wheel Handler has been designed to aid in the

installation and or removal of wheel motors used on

diesel electric haulage equipment. The range of motion,

including lift, skew, propel and steering by the use of

joystick controls of this self propelled maintenance tool

allows installation or removal of wheel motors or other

large components to be significantly shortened.

Two different adapters are available for use with the Whee

Handler as optional equipment:

• Front Suspension Module Adapter

• Suspension Removal Tool

The Liebherr Wheel Handler is intended for use inside

maintenance shop with a smooth, level, hard-surface

floor. Rough surfaces or grades over 1% may lim

performance or mobility.
