Eddie brings over 22 years of management experience as well.

PSSI NDT day to day operations is managed by Kenneth Ducote. Kenneth brings over 40+ years of experience in Non Destructive Testing and Inspection. Kenneth is a level III in Radiography, Magnetic Particle, and Dye Penetrant Inspection, and a CWI Inspector. Kenneth brings over 30 years of management experience as well.

OUR MISSION Building a Powerful Professional Team of Loyal Inspection Personnel Providing Exceptional Customer Services in Safety, Quality, and Integrity.
The PSSINDT Safety program consists of the following:
• PSSI Occupational Safety Manual
• ISNET World Certified
• 150,000+ man hours without any lost time injuries between 2011–2014
• Daily “Tail-Gate” Safety Meetings
• Daily and weekly job audits by our Senior Management Team
• JHA program – Although we generally complete our clients JHA’s and comply with their auditing program
• Quarterly meetings with Presi-dent and Senior Management team to review performance
Quality Assurance:PSSI NDT is committed to having the best quality assurance program and has there-fore hired the Summit Group under the leadership and direction of Charles Hellier former founder and President of Hellier Training Center to oversee our program.
Safety First:PSSI NDT has an established on the Job Training (OJT) program for their NDT personnel. Each employee will be required to complete this program prior to being assigned to projects. The PSSINDT OJT Program consist of the following:
• Safety
• Quality
• JHA Training
• Communications Training
• Documentation Training
• Report Writing
• PPE training
• Equipment Calibrations and Operations
• PSSI NDT Procedure Training
