ASCIA EAS came into existence in 1990 with the
opening of the Spanish service station market.
Our initial activity was linked to the roll-out of large
international companies such as Shell, Texaco, Agip,
Conoco-Jet ..., which we accompanied in their first steps.
The dizzying development in the number of stations was
supported by a strong growth of the vehicle fleet and the
creation of many new neighbourhoods in our cities.
The presence of ASCIA, very significant in the urban
development of new stations, was focused on the
construction and operation of a network with its own
personality that makes us compete from an angle of
service range and personalized customer attention.

Founded in 1988 as “Urbanismo y Contratas
SA”, it acquired its new name “ASCIA EAS
SA” in 2012, as a company belonging to
Grupo ASCIA.
Our network currently consists of 11 service
stations and areas located in Madrid,
Catalonia, Cantabria and Zaragoza.
With a clear focus on a wide range of
services (fuel, shop, restaurant, washing ...),
and branding policy with first international
brands (BO, SHELL, REPSOL), we offer
personalized attention to our customers.
A stable annual turnover of 23 million euros
with average margins for the sector allow us
to offer economic stability to Grupo ASCIA.

At Grupo ASCIA, we are committed to

Our project involves the installation of
photovoltaic panels on the canopies of
our service stations for the purpose of
our own consumption. In addition, we are
installing electric car charging points. We
are present in the energy transition.
Photovoltaic generation allows the
direct production of electricity from solar
radiation by means of
solar cells and is a source of clean energy
that has the following advantages among
others:

We have dispensers
with special additives
for diesel vehicles
(Ad Blue). In urban
areas we install posts
