Service Marketing
“Services are those separately identifiable essentially intangible activities, which provide want satisfaction when marketed to consumers and/or industrial uses and which are not necessarily tied to the sale of a product or another service”.
The promotion of economic activities offered by a business to its clients. Service marketing might include the process of selling telecommunications, health treatment, financial, hospitality, car rental, air travel, and professional services etc.
