Seth Caplan is a New York-based interiors photographer with experience shooting a diverse range of city dwellings, as well as larger suburban and country homes and commercial spaces. His clients include architects, interior designers and editorial outlets such as Brooklyn Magazine, onefinestay and A-Line Studios.

EXPENSESExpenses to be covered by the client, billed in addition to the service fee:• Equipment - Costs based on project needs• Travel - For photography team and equipment• Meals - Lunch for shooting crewAll equipment expenses include a 20% handling fee.All other expenses billed at cost incurred.

SERVICEThis service is tailored to architects and designers practicing alone or in a small firm. A rate of $1200 is based on a single-day project in the NYC area for a multi-room space and includes the following:• A variety of wide-angle, medium vignette and detail shots• Usage rights to client portfolio, website, social media, and editorial publishing• Digital post-production and editing of final images• Standard final image delivery time of 7 calendar days

ADD-ONSPhoto Assistant - $300/day Important aid in all technical and creative aspects and time efficiencyProp/Interiors Stylist - Based on stylist’s rate and prop budget Brings appropriate props, concepts and styles props and furniture for each imageRetouching - $50/hour Any in-depth requested retouching after initial editing by PhotographerExpedited Image Delivery - 24 hrs @$300; 2 day @$200 Requested by Client instead of standard turnaround time
