All major defects are fat printed. These codes are relevant for charging in the order handling

system (SAP). The italicised printed codes are the relevant detail technical defects.

Code 3760 is the number for marginal works and the detail code will be printed in a lesser font

size. The detail technical defects will be printed hear also italicised.

Error codes from the same category will be printed in the same colour.

3001 Leakage by a defect working piston seal

3760 Loose parts / marginal works

3773 Head overturned. Locking screw sheared. (Problem can be

solved by replacing of the locking screw) no defect of the

Inspection An inspection comprised exclusive a general checking, controlling of the tool, cleaning + greasing of the moveable parts, measurement of the actual force and finally the changing of the oil.

Maintenance A maintenance comprised additionally to the inspection the preventiv replacements of the relevant wear parts (seal of the working piston, o-ring of the pump piston, the reservoir, valve piston with compression spring and the oil filter system). Also opening of the tool and adjustment of the force/pressure is included.
