• Stillsupportthebroadgoals.• Concernaboutimpactsonprogramontheground,toVT,andunintendedconsequences.• WanttobeinvolvedinassistingCNCSinfindingsolutions.• Don’thaveenoughinformationorspecifics,orunderstandingofCNCSleadership’svisiontobe“for”or“against”theplan.• Shouldavoidresistingchangeforfearofchange.

TheVermontStateServicePlanwasupdated,takingintoaccountrecommendationsfromtheinputactivityattheAnnualMeeting.UnansweredwashowtheCNCSTransformationandSustainabilityPlanwouldimpactupontheVermontStateServicePlan.Itwasalsonotedthattheplanyetlacksmetricsusefulinmeasuringprogresstowardsuccess.DanmentionedhowitwasthathehopedtheplanwouldmoredirectlyaddressSeniorCorpsbyofferinggoalsspecifictothisprogram.ItwasdiscussedhowCNCSpreferredthattherebeaSeniorSupplementtotheVermontStateServicePlan.Thissaid,itwaslargelyagreedthattheplanshouldspeakforALLVermonters.GuymadeamotiontoadopttheVermontStateServicePlanwithrecommendedchangesandfollowupwithmoredetailsthatresultinaninternaldocumentcompletewithmetricstomeasureprogresstowardachievinggoalsandmeasurableresults.Christinesecondedthemotionandwhenputtoavote,wasgivenunanimousapproval.3:15pm NewDataPhildescribedhowknowinghowpeopleendeduplastyeargivesaheads-upastowhomayneedassistancethisyear.Thusheofferedthefollowing:
