BizBash Expo & Awards Show – events industry trade show, awards ceremony and 10-year anniversary celebration of BizBash Media, over 3,000 events industry attendees. Served Fresh Media team (5 Social Media Reporters, 1 Director and 1 Content Manager), brought on board to generate and capture excitement from event (YouTube interviews with panelists, exhibitors, attendees and Twitter) in real-time for online audience and to engage with event backchannel while providing consistent brand messaging. Case Studies (cont’d) Fair Trade Futures Conference & Marketplace – 2-day fair trade industry conference held every

five years, 1,000 attendees from around the world in Boston. Served Fresh designed and orchestrated 2-month social media promotion and buzz-building campaign including building online audience for client’s established Facebook and Twitter accounts through community engagement, contests, seeking and engaging fair trade influencers, attending conference with social media reporters to provide real-time coverage and engagement with online and real-worlds. Conference had virtually no social media presence. Results: Built event’s Twitter account from 89 followers to 1,107 active, engaged fair trade followers in 2.5 weeks, facilitated creating strong backchannel for event that lead to event hashtag out-trending #fairtrade, through online and traditional media campaign, drew packed crowd for Marketplace (heavily publicized in Boston media outlets), captured unprecedented video interviews and footage of respected farmers from around the world speaking on fair trade that was immediately shared throughout fair trade community online, built client’s “Klout.com” score to an excellent score of 34, created and generated content for Twitter, Facebook and blog that was the most retweeted content under #fairtrade, created, maintained and promoted conference website that became the #1 returned-search-term for “fair trade”.

Case Studies (cont’d) Influencer Conference 2010 – 2-day Inaugural conference produced in partnership with

FREEDMC, NY Times and Heineken, featuring 50 of the most influential people in fashion, tech, media, philanthropy, business. As this was the launch of the conference, client needed big social media push the week before and during the event. Results: Served Fresh Media promoted event to mainstream media through social media press releases, original and aggregated content that drew new followers to Twitter and Facebook and interview “teases” of upcoming event, provided team of social media reporters at event to do post-panel mini-interviews with over 30 panelists (uploaded in real-time to YouTube, Twitter, Facebook), Tweeted panel discussions and moderated Livestream chat room, through promotion drew over 4,500 unique visitors to Livestream., provided special, industry-related bloggers to live-blog panels which drew traffic.

Case Studies (cont’d) Corporate Social Media Summit – 2-day conference on corporate social media featuring the

heads of social media at the biggest brands in the world as panelists/speakers (McDonalds, GE, Pepsi, Fleishman, The World Bank, etc.). Attendees made up of corporate directors and marketers. Served Fresh Media brought in specifically to provide Social Media coverage during the event and to manage event backchannel. Results: Mini-interviews with panelists, keynotes extremely popular (retweeted incessantly by attendees, corporate social media staff of guest speakers, etc.), through backchannel, created high-level of engagement with Users online during panels who were fans of brands at the event – engaged in debates, retweeted content, numerous brand mentions.
