Rhonda on FOX’s comedy New Girl, Tamara on ABC’s Once Upon A Time and Courtney Wells on CBS’s Emmy-winning drama, The Good

In regards to film, Martin-Green received rave reviews for her starring turn in Emily Abt’s Sundance hit Toe To Toe in which she played Tosha

Spinner, a highly driven inner-city high school teenager. She followed up Toe To Toe with Victoria Mahoney’s film Yelling to the Sky alongside Gabourey Sidibe and Zoe Kravitz.

On stage, Martin-Green is best known for her critically acclaimed performances in Des McAnuff’s Fetch Clay, Make Man, in which she starred as Muhammad Ali’s first wife, Sonji Clay, and Outside People at the Vineyard Theater in New York City.

Currently, Martin-Green resides in Los Angeles, California, with her husband, Kenric Green, and their son.

GABRIEL LORCAStarfleet Captain of the Starship Discovery. He is a formidable leader with a decisive charisma that hides many secrets.

The Golden Globe, BAFTA, International Emmy Award and Critic’s Circle Award-nominated actor Jason Isaacs began his acting career at Bristol University, where he studied Law, but found himself acting, producing, writing and directing most of the time.

After graduation, he trained for three years at London’s prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

In 2000, his breakout role as Colonel William Tavington in Roland Emmerich’s feature film The Patriot garnered him numerous nominations, including one from the British Film Critics’ Circle.

Two years later, Isaacs began his role as Lucius Malfoy in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. He went on to reprise the role and garner global recognition in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and in the last two films, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Parts I and II. Most recently, he was seen in the genre-bending breakout Netflix series The OA and is set to return for the second season of the hit show early 2018.

Isaacs’ extensive film credits include the war films Fury, Black Hawk Down, Green Zone, Windtalkers and Field of Lost Shoes, the fantasy films Armageddon, Event Horizon, Dragonheart, Peter Pan (2003) and The Tuxedo, and the indie hits and festival award winners Friends with Money, Skeletons, Stockholm PA, The End of the Affair, Sweetwater, Passionada, The Infiltrator, Rio I Love You, Nine Lives, Good - which he also produced - as well as Sweet November, Abduction and Soldier.

Isaacs has multiple awards and nominations for his television roles in both America and Britain, including the BAFTA “Best Actor” nomination for The Curse of Steptoe and a Golden Globe nomination for “Best Performance by an Actor in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television” for the BBC’s The State Within. Critics raved

over his performances in C4’s Scars and Lynda LaPlante’s Civvies for the BBC and as Michael Caffee in three seasons of Showtime’s Peabody Award-winning series Brotherhood, for which he was nominated for a Satellite Award as “Best Leading Actor.” He later won that award for starring as Jackson Brodie in series one and two of the BBC’s Case Histories, which he also executive produced. The role also garnered him various other nominations including an International Emmy Award for “Best Leading Actor.” Case Histories also won the BAFTA Scotland Award for “Best Drama Series.”

Isaacs produced and starred as Detective Michael Britten in the NBC drama Awake and starred as an FBI agent trying to prevent the end of the world in contemporary Jerusalem in the event series Dig, from the creators of Homeland and Heroes. He also appeared in The West Wing and Entourage and, in Britain, in The Fix for Paul Greengrass, Inspector Morse directed by Danny Boyle and as identical twins in Taggart. On stage, Isaacs created the role of Louis in the award-winning Royal National Theatre production of the Pulitzer Prize-winning Angels in America and has performed to packed houses at London’s Royal Court, Almeida Theatre and Trafalgar theatre, where he also starred in a sell-out run of Pinter’s The Dumb Waiter with comedian Lee Evans.

Isaacs’ recent film roles include the thriller A Cure for Wellness directed by Gore Verbinski and Red Dog: True Blue, a sequel to the phenomenally successful Australian film. Also, Isaacs voiced The Inquisitor in Star Wars Rebels, Admiral Zhao in Avatar: The Last Airbender and Siddeley in Cars 2. While famous for working under prosthetics in iconic feature film roles, Doug Jones is also a versatile character actor who has performed as

“himself” in guest star roles on shows like Arrow, The Flash, Teen Wolf, Z-Nation, The Neighbors, Criminal Minds, C.S.I. and NBC’s horror anthology

Fear Itself. A veteran of over 100 commercials, Jones was Mac Tonight, the moon-headed piano player in the long-running 1990’s McDonald’s campaign.

Also, he starred as the lead villain in “Hush,” an Emmy-winning episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, long considered a fan favorite. Additionally, Jones is

a semi-regular guest judge on the hit SyFy reality series, Face Off.

In 2005, he played the title role of Pan, as well as the nightmare character known as The Pale Man, in Guillermo del Toro’s Oscar-winning Spanish language

fantasy/horror feature Pan’s Labyrinth. However, it was his sensitive and elegant performance as Abe Sapien in del Toro’s 2004 box office hit Hellboy that brought Jones’s unique work to a wider audience. He went on to voice that same character for the Emmy-nominated Cartoon Network animations Hellboy: Sword of Storms and Hellboy: Blood and Iron. In 2007, Jones’s title role performance in Fantastic Four: The Rise of the Silver Surfer was hailed by fans and critics alike. In 2008, Jones reprised his starring role, as well as two other characters, in Hellboy II: The Golden Army, once more under the direction of del Toro. Also, he starred in Gainsbourg, a stylized biopic of the famous French poet/singer/composer Serge Gainsbourg, in which he played Gainsbourg’s dark alter ego. The film won three Cesar Awards, the French equivalent of the Oscars. Also, Jones has had prominent creature roles in Crimson Peak, The Watch, The Bye Bye Man, Always Watching: A Marble Hornets Story, Legion and many others.

Jones was a series regular on three seasons of TNT’s Spielberg-produced sci-fi series Falling Skies and recurred on Guillermo del Toro’s FX series The Strain. Upcoming, Jones will star opposite Sally Hawkinsin del Toro’s The Shape of Water.

ANTHONY RAPPLIEUTENANT

PAUL STAMETS An astromycologist - or fungus expert - and Starfleet Science Officer aboard the Starship Discovery. He is a genius with the air of a curmudgeon twice his age.

Anthony Rapp has been acting and singing professionally since he was nine years old. With an extensive list of achievements, Rapp is best known for originating the role of Mark Cohen in Jonathan Larson’s Tony Award-winning rock opera, Rent, for which he shared an OBIE Award with the rest of the cast. He reprised his role in Chris Columbus’ film version opposite other members of the original cast.

Recently, Rapp appeared on CBS All Access’s new hit spin-off series The Good Fight. Also, he recently starred in three independent features: Do You Take This Man opposite Alyson Hannigan, Opening Night with fellow Broadway-favorite Cheyenne Jackson, and the LGBT thriller BWOY, which he also produced.

Rapp starred in the Broadway production and national tour of If/Then from the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning creators of Next to Normal. He joined former Rent cast member Idina Menzel in this romantic and original musical about how choice and chance collide and how we learn to lovethe fallout.

Additional Broadway credits include the revival of You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown and John Guare’s Six Degrees of Separation. His Broadway debut was in Precious Sons with Judith Ivey

and Ed Harris, for which he received an Outer Critics Circle award and a Drama Desk nomination. Other theater credits include Raised In Captivity (Vineyard Theatre), Trafficking in Broken Hearts (Atlantic), Some Americans Abroad (Second Stage), Dedalus Lounge (Interart Theatre Annex), and the national tour of Little Shop of Horrors.

Rapp’s television credits include The Knick, Psych, Law & Order: SVU, Kidnapped, The Beach Boys: An American Family and The X-Files.

Rapp has been featured in a number of iconic feature films ranging from dramas like the Oscar Award-winning A Beautiful Mind, Six Degrees of Separation and The Other Woman opposite Natalie Portman, to comedies like Dazed and Confused with Matthew McConaughey and Road Trip directed by Todd Phillips. Additional film credits include Opening Night, Junction, Adventures in Babysitting, School Ties, Man of the Century and David Searching. Also, he appeared in Winter Passing, a film written and directed by his brother, Adam Rapp.

A writer as well, Rapp penned Without You: A Memoir of Love, Loss, and the Musical Rent (Simon & Schuster) about his struggle to balance the demands of life in the theatre with his responsibility to his family during his mother’s battle with cancer. He adapted the book into a one-man show entitled Without You which he has performed on stages both nationally and internationally. In 2000, Rapp released his debut album, Look Around. He has performed his music in clubs and collegesthroughout the country.

After graduating from Juilliard in 2015, Mary Wiseman quickly went on to star opposite Keira Knightley in the Broadway production of Therese Raquin. Recently,

Wiseman starred in the world premiere of Romance Novels for Dummies at the Williamstown Theatre Festival. Prior to that, she starred in the Williamstown Theatre

Festival’s production of Off the Main Road opposite Kyra Sedgwick as well as in theOff-Broadway, Obie Award-winning production of An Octoroon, in which her

performance was described as “delicious” and “comically inspired.”

For television, Wiseman appeared in the Netflix series Longmire and The Charactersand in Hulu’s Difficult People.

Currently, Wiseman can be seen opposite Zach Galifianakis in the second season of the FX series Baskets. Recently, she wrapped a starring role in the new Off-Broadway production

of The Skin of Our Teeth at the Theatre for a New Audience in Brooklyn, New York.

ASH TYLERA Starfleet Officer in the federation and prisoner-of-war,Lt. Tyler has seen the dark side of Starfleet’s battle with the Klingons.

Shazad Latif has made a name for himself in the UK for the characters he has created on screen. In the U.S., 2016 was a breakout year for Latif as he co-starred in Showtime’s hit

gothic thriller Penny Dreadful as renowned character Dr. Henry Jekyll.

On the film front, Latif most recently played Chandra Mahalanobis in The Man Who Knew Infinity (IFC Films) alongside Jeremy Irons, Dev Patel, Toby Jones and Stephen Fry.

Also, Latif is well known for his role as Kushal in The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel(Fox Searchlight Pictures) which was released worldwide in spring 2015. He appeared

alongside Maggie Smith, Dev Patel, Judi Dench, Bill Nighy and Richard Gere.

Up next, Latif will be seen opposite Liam Neeson and Vera Farmiga in The Commuterfor Lionsgate. The film will be released worldwide in 2018.

Born and raised in London, Latif, who is English, Scottish and Pakistani, attended the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and, after just one year, secured his first television role as Tariq Masood in BBC One’s Spooks. Subsequent television roles include Salting the Battlefield, and the BAFTA-nominated series My Mad Fat Diary. In 2012, he landed the regular role of Clem Fandango in multi-award winning comedy Toast of London, as well as receiving critical acclaim for his appearance in BBC One’s Ordinary Lies.

the UK playing a variety of roles and has also lent his voice to numerous radio plays.

Chieffo took on the title character in award-winning director Erica Schmidt’s

all-female Macbeth, reprising the role with Schmidt in 2016 for Seattle Repertory

Theatre’s The Other Season. After portraying Iago in October 2015 for Harlem

Shakespeare Festival’s all-female Othello, Chieffo began developing a Virtual

Reality miniseries, Operation Othello — set in the modern world of U.S.

Navy SEALs — with Viola Davis and Julius Tennon’s JuVee Productions.

For the miniseries, Eugene O’Neill Directing Fellow Jeff Liu (Yellow Face)

Kenneth Mitchell’s talents have been utilized in some of television’s most premiere dramas, including a starring role as Eric Green in the iconic

series Jericho on CBS. Also, Mitchell portrayed the Mercury Seven astronaut Deke Slayton on the ABC series The Astronaut Wives Club.

His many recurring roles include playing Deacon Joe Hurley on The CW’s Frequency, Detective Matthews on ABC’s Notorious and Wes Gable on the ABC Family drama Switched at Birth. Rainn Wilson is an Emmy-nominated and Screen Actors Guild Award-winning actor who has found himself in

a variety of comedic and theatrical roles throughout his career. His first breakthrough role came when he played assistant mortician Arthur Martin in HBO’s Six

Feet Under, winning him and the cast a Screen Actors Guild Award for “Outstanding Performance by an

Ensemble in a Drama Series.” Wilson is best known for playing the inimitable Dwight Schrute for nine seasons on NBC’s Emmy Award-winning comedy The Office.

Wilson’s film credits include Hesher, opposite Natalie Portman and Joseph Gordon-Levitt; Super, with Kevin

Bacon, Liv Tyler and Ellen Page; Cooties opposite Elijah Wood; and the acclaimed comedies Juno and Almost Famous. On television, Wilson portrayed the irascible but brilliant Detective Everett Backstrom in FOX’s subversive, comic crime procedural Backstrom and recently appeared as a special guest star in Cameron Crowe’s Showtime series Roadies.

Wilson has a Master of Fine Arts from New York University’s Graduate Acting Program at the Tisch School of the Arts, and spent 10 years doing theatre in New York before moving to Los Angeles. On Broadway, he was in The Tempest with Patrick Stewart, and the Tony-nominated London Assurance. Off-Broadway, Wilson worked at The Public Theater and Playwrights Horizons, and performed regularly at The Arena Stage, The Guthrie and with the touring repertory theater The Acting Company. The comedy show he created, The New Bonanza, had a successful off-Broadway run at The Cherry Lane and later played in Los Angeles at The Hudson Guild and The Tiffany. Through the company, Kurtzman co-created and is executive producing the upcoming Star Trek: Discovery. Additionally, he executive produced the romantic comedy The Proposal as well as the Now You See Me franchise. Overall, his writing and producing credits have earned over $4 billion worldwide. Kurtzman began his career writing for the popular TV series Hercules. He went on to write for Xena: Warrior Princess, where he moved up the ranks to become a head writer for the show at the age of 23. Next, he wrote for J.J. Abrams’ popular series Alias, leading to a fruitful and collaborative relationship with Abrams. He eventually served as an executive producer on the show.

In 2004, Kadin joined Warner Bros. Television where she re-teamed with leading producers J.J. Abrams, Roberto Orci and Kurtzman to develop

the cult genre series Fringe. Furthermore, Kadin played an instrumental role in the development of other celebrated shows including The Closer, The Vampire Diaries, Supernatural and Terminator: The SarahConnor Chronicles.

Kadin began her television career in 2000 at ABC, where she worked closely with J.J. Abrams and future collaborators Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci on Alias. During her time at ABC, Kadin was an integral part in the development of some of the network’s longest-running series including Lost, Grey’s Anatomy and Desperate Housewives.

Prior to her career in television, Kadin ran Tom Shadyac’s Shady Acres Entertainment. While part of the production company, Kadin worked on projects such as Patch Adams, Bruce Almighty and I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry.

Kadin is a graduate of the University of Michigan and currently resides in Los Angeles, California, with her husband and two sons.

Akiva Goldsman,Executive Producer/DirectorRaised in Brooklyn Heights, New York, Akiva Goldsman received his bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and attended the graduate fiction writing program at New York University. His feature writing credits include The Client, Batman Forever, A Time to Kill, Practical Magic, Cinderella Man, I Am Legend, The Da Vinci Code, Angels & Demons, Insurgent, The Fifth Wave, Rings and I, Robot; as well as The Dark Tower. Also, he wrote A Beautiful Mind, for which he won an Academy Award, Golden Globe and Writers Guild of America (WGA) Award. Also, Goldsman served as executive producer on Paranormal Activity 2, 3 and 4. Under his Weed Road Pictures banner, Goldsman has produced Deep Blue Sea, Constantine, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Hancock, Fair Game and Lone Survivor, as well as King Arthur: Legend of the Sword. Goldsman has worked in television as a consulting producer, writer and director on the television show Fringe, for which he garnered a Saturn

Award and a Hugo Award nomination. Goldsman executive produced the Syfy miniseries Childhood’s End, the WGN original drama series Underground, as well as the upcoming Star Trek: Discovery forCBS All Access. Roth serves as executive producer on the new CBS All Access series Star Trek: Discovery, as well as its upcoming companion series. Spearheading Roddenberry Entertainment’s development process, Roth created the critically-acclaimed graphic novel series Days Missing and WORTH, and the original comic strip Gene’s Journal. Additionally, Roth created the company newest animation project, Rod & Barry, based on the comic strip of the same team.
