Firm and Safe Framework structure, body welding by robot, the strictest regulation and certification on front collision and top pressure, lead to firm and reliable quality. Design of instrument panel and rearview mirror is superior to national standard, and there is no dead angle in the all-directional angle of view. Thus it is applicable to different working conditions.

Antifatigue Four-point full-suspension shock absorption cab, and double-layer door sealing and noise reduction technology; shock absorption effect even matches models of Europe, America and Japan, fatigue resulting from bumping drive is mitigated. Low noise in cab helps alleviate the noise-induced fatigue. Interior trim is colored in red and black, exuding the sports atmosphere and reinforcing resistance to visual fatigue. Steering wheel has Bluetooth function, which reduces the hidden trouble resulting from the driver’s handset using.

Convenient and Quick Maintenance

Cab has large tilting angle, and so parts like engine and gearbox can be lifted out of the cab for maintenance. Front-mounted air conditioner can be repaired once the front panel is opened, which offers convenience and saves time for customers.

Make full use of the engine’s auxiliary power braking, and realize joint operation with the brake, making the braking distance increased by 15%, and abrasion of brake lining decreased by 50%. Large-power air compressor, high-quality pipeline, and brand-new sealing technology help shorten the inflation time and quicken the brake response.

Engine runs in dual-power model, and is applicable to different working conditions like full load and no load etc. Thanks to the mixer truck matching technology, unique economic transmission portfolio is realized, making fuel consumption decreased by 10%.

Unprecedented “No Sub-frame Structure” in the industry makes the mixer truck’s deck drop by 140mm to 200mm. Thanks to years of devotion to R & D of self-made chassis, the mixer truck’s frame structure is optimized, and so the mixer truck runs more stably.

Large-displacement power steering oil pump’s application makes the operating force decline by 40%, and facilitates the steering. Optimize the chassis pipeline and front axle’s steering angle, making the mixer truck’s steering diameter decreased by 15%. Therefore, the mixer truck’s running is more flexible.
