Objective: Restructuring an entire division which resulted in a worldwide search to recruit for 25 professional and management positions in a short period.

Serendi made use of its full scope of sourcing solutions: job boards, professional and social networks, recruitment marketing and advanced online search technology.

After only nine weeks, Serendi had located and checked 3,396 candidates worldwide in targeted companies and countries. 518 of them were interviewed and checked for their qualifications, and the 232 best candidates were shortlisted for further interview.

Client: Global high-tech corporation

Objective: Long-term RPO with on-site recruiters and sourcing

Serendi sent in experienced recruitment consultants at the customer’s premises who took over the entire recruitment process, involving some 100 –140 hires per year, while the Serendi Sourcing Center sought out the best candidates using the most diverse channels. Even positions, which were difficult to fill, were resolved quickly and successfully by Serendi.

The average recruitment time was 25 days. Serendi was able to adapt flexibly to the client’s predominant cyclical business associated with hiring freezes one day and expansion projects the next.

Client: International food corporation

Objective: To expand the European head- quarters in Switzerland within a short period (6 months), involving 50 to 60 new posts, some with difficult profiles (IT, finance, etc.).

Serendi took over the entire recruitment process and implemented a solution using both the Serendi sourcing method and a team of on-site recruitment consultants.

Within only four months, 89 % of the posts were filled with highly qualified, international candi-dates – thanks also to the efficient work of the Sourcing Center in Fribourg, the cost per hire was reduced by more than 50 %.
