The Company’s Biography• ”ML System” Ltd. was founded in 1992 with head office in Kragujevac, Serbia and it is 100%

private ownership.• The main field of work of our company is design and construction of thermo-technical installations,

ventilation, air-conditioning, gas installations, electrical installations, sprinkler installations,plumbing installations and all kind of steel constructions (production and mounting).

• In recent years we have worked with a number of investors and contractors, including: “MercuryEngineering” – Belgrade (GTC Blok 19a - Belgrade), “TPV Šumadija” - Kragujevac (car partsplant in Kragujevac), “NIS Energogas” - Belgrade (now “Srbijagas” – gas installations),“Montaža” a.d. - Belgrade (shopping center in Kragujevac), “Fund for Building and Roads ofMunicipality Velika Plana” - Velika Plana (city gas boiler room, district heating pipeline),“Stekos Inteko” - Smederevo (business and shopping center in Kragujevac, residental building inSmederevo), “Evaco International” – Belgrade (refrigerating units plant “Gorenje” in Valjevo),“Kronospan SRB” - Lapovo (plant in Lapovo), International Management Group (donationproject of Norway Kingdom), KRESTOTES Italy (Magneti Marelli plant in FIAT), FIAT Kragujevac(construction of factory in Kragujevac – various installations), INSO/Italiana Costruzioni (Clinicalcenter Nis – sprinkler and inergen installations)…

• We have 50 employers, among them there are 4 certified engineers and 12 certified welders.Furthermore we employ additional laborers, and also consultants depending on the quantity ofwork we are dealing with, as well as subcontractors.

• Our company owns all needed equipment, vertical platforms, forklifts, tools and transport vehiclesfor performance in our field of work.
