FIRST SERBIAN GEODETIC CONGRESS Second Information and Invitation to Participate On the occasion of the First Serbian Geodetic Congress, to be held in Belgrade, Sava Center, December 1-3, 2011, we are issuing public information on details, providing more insight for potential participants of the Congress, which were not presented in the first published information and invitation. Information presented in this advertisement and invitation to participate shall provide more elements for institutions and individuals in decision making regarding participation in the First Serbian Geodetic Congress. cadastre, as a unique register of real estates and property rights is a very actual topic, not only in developing countries, but also in the developed ones.

Membership of the Scientific-Technical Committee provides the Scientific-Technical Conference, within the second session, status of the international significance. Individual members of the Scientific-Technical Committee had accepted to submit invited papers covering certain topics, as listed in the first invitation for participation. International significance of the Congress provides possibility for young scientists to acquire valid references by participating with their papers.

Venue

First Serbian Geodetic Congress will be held in Sava Center, Milentija Popovica Street, number 9, Belgrade. Sava Center is congress, business and cultural center, known as the venue of numerous, remarkable congresses and gatherings of international significance. This congress center provides conference halls with different capacities, equipped with latest technology and capable to meet even the most complex requirements of clients. Sava Center also provides additional services for clients and visitors, which constitute a professional congress organization (printing, proprietary IT network, digital telephone switchboard, Internet, catering services, professional security, parking, etc.), making this facility multifunctional and unique.

Participation Fee

Payment of participation fee, which is not to be paid by authors of papers, provides the following merits to the participants in the First Serbian Geodetic Congress:

Participation in all sessions;

Collection of Papers (before Congress beginning);

Official dinner.

The Congress participants paying participation fee from abroad shall pay in EUR in favor of the Republic Geodetic Authority, upon the following instruction:

Residents of the Republic of Serbia, local legal and physical entities, shall execute payment of participation fee in RSD amount as per medium exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, on

the day of payment, in favor of the account number 840-1620-21, with the Ministry of Finance – Treasury Directorate, with the instruction (69278-04410-423911). Registration of participants and payment of participation fee shall be opened by November 25th, 2011.

Information and Instruction for Abstracts

Deadline for submitting abstracts is extended to August 20th 2011. Deadline to inform authors of abstracts, is extended to August 31st, 2011.

Abstracts shall be delivered containing approximately ten lines, in MS Word file format, Times New Roman font, 10 pt. font size.

Invitation for Sponsors and Presenters

Surveying companies and representatives of foreign companies are hereby invited to participate as sponsors and presenters on the First Serbian Geodetic Congress. Various options had been provided for promotion of your companies and achieving good effects with the Congress participants. The Congress is great opportunity for presenters of surveying equipment and accompanying IT equipment, as well as projects realized, to motivate interest and achieve desired effects with the Congress participants.
