• The park is famous for its Sequoia trees including the general Sherman tree one of the largest trees on earth. The parks giant Sequoia forests are a part of 202,430 acres. The forest of the park has many animals such as the American black bear and Douglas squirrels.

• This park has many tourist because of its wild life, its rivers, mountains, and the Croatia trees. Meadows west of Mount Whitney also attract tourist. They also visit to learn about History
