Hey folks! Thank you for your support prayerfully and financially. The past summer, I was able to go through the whole Mission Adventures because of your prayers. I have recently transiAoned in as an official staff of YWAM LA. I am really excited to be here and I know that the Lord has so much in store for me for this new season of my life. Some things have changed since the last newsleIer was issued. It has been decided that I will be going to Costa Rica. In preparaAon for the outreach, I will be training and teaching the team on culture, religion, missiology, history and current events of Costa Rica. I am in the process of puLng this together so I need a lot of prayer for wisdom and guidance. I am taking a huge step of faith in this season because I am sAll waiAng for my Green Card. Without the Green Card, I will not be able to leave the country. Currently, I am pursuing all preparatory steps needed in faith that God is going to provide that Green Card for me in Ame. Please be praying that the Lord will show special favor upon this situaAon and that it will be issued in Ame before my departure. Some other things that I am involved with on the base is scouAng out the ethnic churches that the teams will be aIending in order to acquire some cultural exposure before their outreach. APer evaluaAng these churches, I will be taking the Costa Rica Team to the respecAve church every other week. I have been asking the Lord what the theme for this season will be and I received Daniel 1. In this chapter, Daniel goes through training for 3 years in order to be released to be used by God in a way that Daniel probably never thought possible. I do not know what the Lord has for me at the end of this 2 year commitment, but as I am entering into this dynamic and exciAng season of my life, I will be faithful and obedient a step at a Ame. “For such a Ame as this…” – Esther 4:14 Mission Adventures Summer 2009 Sta
