The food at Regency is inspired from

the concept of farm to table. The

chefs use fresh, organic and naturally

home grown ingredients to prepare

the food which enhances the overall

taste and quality. The ingredients

used are specially sourced from very

experienced horticulturists, local

vendors and the kitchen garden.

A detailed attention has been given to

the décor of the restaurant.

The decoratives, artefacts, cutlery and

furniture are handpicked from special

artisans and artists from around the

glassware like decorative lights, jars,

vases that are specially designed to suit

the ambience and are sourced from the

birth place of glassware, Firozabad.

The crockery and art ware at

Regency are a fine produce of the

Khurja artisans which are famous

worldwide for their crafts like pottery

and ceramic items. The wooden

serving bowls and different wooden

food presentations at the restaurant

showcase the latest trends of wooden

work from Saharanpur.
