COLLEGE: Barton County Junior College, Indiana University
HONORS: Pre-Season All American & McDonald’s Player of the Year, Barton County NCAA National Championship, Indiana University, 1987 BigTen Championship, Indiana University, 1987 & 1989 4 International Championships
PRO CAREER: New Jersey Nets (NBA), 1989, 1990 Pensacola Tornadoes (CBA), 1990 European & South American League, 1990-1998 Salina Cagerz (USBL), 2000-2001
PERSONAL STORY: I was raised in a Christian home and good values were instilled in me from a very early age. As I began to excel in basketball, my mind was filled with dreams of playing professional ball. After playing at Indiana University under Bob Knight for four years and winning the 1987 NCAA Championship, I continued a career in basketball accompanied by a life of drugs, alcohol and women, thinking I was living my dream. I was becoming a person that I despised and vowed I would never become. Eventually, my poor choices cost me my freedom, and while incarcerated, I wanted nothing more than to just die. It was a letter from my daughter that brought me to my knees and allowed me to rekindle my relationship with Christ
