• Building standards to facilitate a single market for secondary raw materials in the EU, particularly for plastics
• Encouraging industrial symbiosis, by harmonizing rules on by-products and end-of-waste status
• Facilitating transport of waste between EU countries• Investing in waste collection infrastructure, reverse logistics, sorting or recycling, and
new technologies• Funding projects to recycle waste electronics, building materials, plastics and chemicals• Revising EU regulations on fertilizers, to encourage return of organic wastes to soil• Providing access to funding for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs)
