I would just like to thank all our

residents for your cooperation and patience as we repair and pave the

parking lots. We understand the inconvenience it causes; we’ve tried

to alleviate the inconvenience by communicating every step of the way via several different modes: posted flyers in common areas,

parking lots, your door, and sent a couple emails with the schedule.

It’ll all be finished by the end of the second week of September! Thanks

again!

Are you wondering what to do

Labor Day weekend?

The Festival of Sail is the larg-est tall ship festival on the west coast. This nautical theme park, hosted by The Maritime Museum of San Diego offers 4 days of fun

-filled adventure. Beginning Thursday with the parade, watch as ships sail into SD Bay & exciting cannon battle salutes.

Daily Activities during Festival of Sail: “enjoy the visiting ships and crew, kids petting zoo, kids craft activities, face painting, Tall ship cannon battles, a special 30 minute Festival of Sail bay cruise, beer garden, on stage entertainment, Naval re-enactors, photo ops with Captain Sunny and Pirates, and 100's of arts and craft vendors, plus a multitude of food options, and so much more...”

The Festival of Sail will be located along the North Embarcadero between Ash and Grape Street. Park-ing will be extremely limited, we urge festival visi-tors to use public transportation. The County Cen-ter/Little Italy trolley station is only 3 blocks from the festival. For those that must drive their cars, nearby paid parking lots are available. Dates for FoS: September 5-7th Time: 9am-5pm
