Washington County Public Library Board of Trustees Open Meeting Rules
The Washington County Public Library Board of Trustees abides by the

meeting nor address the members of the Board during the meeting.
The Washington County Public Library Board of Trustees will allow one to
address the Board with two provisions.
•The person must notify the Library Director in advance to be included on
the Agenda.
