Welcome to our Virtual Convention 2020! We are excited about what we are creating for our members and know that you will want to join the fun. We have partnered with Total Brand Experience (TBX) and are building a robust platform to host our event with plenty of opportunities for your company to get involved. 2020 CCSA CONVENTION September 13 & 14 | 9AM – 9PM General Overview: Schedule will include the following: Welcome Reception on Friday from 12PM-2PM with a guided tour of the site from 1PM-1:20PM for attendees to ‘visit’ the virtual platform before we begin to become familiar with where things are located and how to navigate the platform. This event will be hosted by the CCSA Staff & Board of Directors to welcome everyone and answer any questions live. Exhibit Hall will also be open during this time. Convention will consist of 2 days of classes, Exhibit Hall time, Social Hour, and Breakout sessions. Social Hours can be sponsored and hosted by an Exhibitor and can include breakout sessions if so desired. Classes: We will run up to 5 classes during each session with a total of 8 sessions over two days. Attendees will be able to select which class they would like to attend. Instructors will be live during the run of their class. ALL classes will be recorded, and attendees will be able to view those videos for up to one year. Any Supplier who is sponsoring a class by providing the instructor or the materials, will have: Opportunity for 30-second video/commercial to play at start of class and at end of class. Logo on clickable banner up the entire length of class. You can link this to your Exhibitor Page or to your website. Exhibit Hall includes: 14 hours of scheduled exhibit time (morning and afternoon sessions) Interactive web page for your booth where you can show videos, showcase new products, promote show specials, chat live with attendees coming into your booth, list contact information for your employees, and a variety of other options. This year we will also include analytics for each exhibitor. See who shopped your booth, how much time they spent there, who they interacted with, or if you missed them. Options for gamification where you can reward members for stopping by your booth with a special coupon, giveaway, or prize drawing. After the convention is over, the Exhibit Hall will remain accessible to attendees until September 28 and instead of live interaction, they will have the ability to email or message your staff. What about the Swag Bags? This year the CCSA will be shipping a Swag Box to all attendees prior to convention. Items can be sent to be included in these boxes like notepads, pens, fliers, or coupons. 2020 CCSA CONVENTION

September 13 & 14 | 9AM – 9PM General Overview:

Social Hour /Networking Sponsor - $500 (2 available – and you must also be purchasing a Partner or Supporter sponsorship) Both Sunday and Monday evenings from 5PM-6PM, we will host a Social Hour. Sponsors will design and host this hour. You can have breakout rooms or round table discussions, stream a live band, play games, showcase new products, chat with attendees, or a come up with your own idea. As part of this sponsorship, you will receive:

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS Swag Boxes The CCSA is shipping Swag Boxes from Teresa Johnson’s location. If you would like to include your items in our shipping to attendees, they must arrive by August 14th.

Item restrictions: • No fragile pieces. If you are shipping bisque to attendees, you will need to ship directly to them. We will be sending updated lists

weekly starting July 27 if you would like to possibly add your items to an existing order you are shipping. The CCSA will provide you a final list of attendees and addresses on August 14th.

• No liquids are allowed.• There are size restrictions (TBA), please reach out to [email protected] before shipping anything. • If you have any questions, please contact Dena at 888.291.2272x6.

TBX – Booth Build-Out Total Brand Experience (TBX) will be building your booth. To get started, you will need to send the following to E.J. ([email protected]):

• Transparent png or jpeg logo files• Any resources you want to include (brochures, catalogs, etc.)• Social media links• A video if you want, or you can send additional videos at a later date.• Company colors, rgb preferred

TBX will be responsible for the entire build of your virtual booth. We have allocated 3 hours of editing with their designer for each exhibitor. For any time over that allowance, you will be billed.

As soon as you have registered for convention, we will pass along your information to TBX for them to begin contacting you. You can reach E.J. via email or 702.539.2458.

Classes All registered Exhibitors and Exhibitor Employees have access to any classes offered by the CCSA either live or on-demand.

We will keep you updated on our event and send log in instructions closer to the event by email, so make sure you are receiving email from us. You can also access up to date information and announcements on our convention website - https://www.ccsaonline.com/page/convention.
