A thorough review of the Listing Agreement contract, and a start‐to‐finish listing
presentation by a top‐producing Helen Adams agent.
• Offer to Purchase, Negotiations, Call Time & Open Houses:
September 21, 9AM ‐ 11AM: Lake Norman Office
A thorough review of the Offer to Purchase contract. A presentation by a top‐
producing Helen Adams agent on: successful negotiation tactics, converting call
time leads, and how to advertise Open Houses.
• Buyer Agency & The Buyer Presentation: September 28, 9:00AM ‐ 12:00PM: Randolph Rd. Office
A thorough review of the Buyer Agency Agreement contract, and a start‐to‐finish
buyer presentation by a top‐producing Helen Adams agent. Agents may also
attend a closing at an attorney’s office.
II. Advanced Education & Training:
