Our Mission Emphasis for the rest of September is

Warrior Wash supports churches in starting ministries to help veterans recover from the effects of war.

Dr. David Bachelor, an ordained United Methodist pastor, who struggled to reintegrate after war, leads this ministry. He will speak to us on Sunday, October 13. The ministry newsletter is The Bootlace at http://thewarriorwash.com

• Their goal is to get a new van. The vans currently

cost 1.6 million points, and they currently have

1,179,898 points. They’re getting close!

Like going out to eat?

Interested in getting to know other

members of your church family better?

This is a dinner program for groups of 6-8.

Each month, each group decides where to have

dinner —restaurant, potluck at someone’s home.

Typically groups are switched around every 6 months

or so.

Contact Mary Ann Steuck at 463-7564 or

[email protected] if you are interested in

being part of a group. We can have groups

consisting only of adults and some including children

if there is an interest.
