This costing includes the cost of construction/setting up of Common Ammenities and Utlities (loaded into each unit)

This costing excludes the land cost (which may vary between 3 to 6 lakhs per unit, depending on the value of the land availed)

FUNDINGOPTION 1

(If a suitable land owned by the Samudhayam is offered for this project)◦ Project will be executed on lease basis ◦ Tenant will pay the Lease amount in stages as

construction progresses◦ No sale of title/property involved◦ Samudhayam will realize an amount equivalent to

the market value of the land offered◦ Lease period will be for around 20 years◦ If an occupant dies before the end of his/her Lease

period, the Lease amount will be returned to his/her family after computation of appreciation/depreciation

of Samudayam
