Part 1 of 3: Static Place-Based • Posted in each venue will be 1 qty – 2’x5’ Vinyl Banner Stand in the highest
traffic, bottleneck point allowed. Bulletin posters, take-ones, product sample distribution, promo items available as well.
Part 2 of 3: Social & Newsletters
• Each participating venue will mention your brand in their print newsletters, e-newsletter as well as social sites (location participation levels can vary)
• Access Social Media membership avg. 100 likes per venue.
• Access to over 10,000 senior newsletters and e-news letters with over 1,000,000 readers
Part 3 of 3: Live Interaction
• Your brand has the unique ability to sponsor Senior Tech/Social Media Classes nationwide – Classes on how to use Facebook/Facetime/Skype/Gmail – Classes are taught with iPads and a 60“ digital display – Curriculum is custom built w/ your brand in mind by our
brand ambassadors – 1.5 hour class – Food & beverage are provided – Approx. 2 locations per day x 40 days = 80 visits over 8 week
period
• Other class types: Wii Bowling, health classes on diabetes, arthritis and other diseases that are treated by your brand, other custom classes available.
Part 3 of 3: Live Interaction
• Convert! – After the class, seniors are invited to stay and learn more
about your product and benefits • Health Insurance – we will walk through how to sign up for your
Medicare on healthcare.gov, pass out paper applications, and info books on your product
• OTC & Pharma – we will walk through how your product treats and cures diseases, where to purchase, refer local physicians that treat and write prescriptions for condition
• Pharmacy – we will walk through your brand, its benefits, what health insurance is accepted, local stores, distribute coupons, etc.
• Retail – we will walk through your product offerings and offer local retail stores that carry your product as well as show on iPads how to purchase online

All costs include Brand Ambassador, Mobile Display, Class iPads, Internet Connection, Branded Transportation Van, Food & Beverage, Gas, Charging Station, Signage Production, BA Training, etc.
What Locations Will Be Used?
• Locations will be vetted by researching each venue to rank priority locations.
• Locations that can offer us the highest traffic with your target demo will be utilized for participation first and foremost.
• An 8 week schedule will be put together based on peak hours/days for each location to maximize each live interaction.
• If locations do not wish to participate in the signage portion/digital portion, but would like to have us come in for the live interaction, we will include them as added value. These locations will also help fill occasional gaps in the schedule to keep our 40 live interaction days filled.
Proof of Performance
• Weekly report containing all locations visited with logged hours
• Brand Ambassadors will check-in @ each location via app @ beginning and end of each activation and will attach phone screen shot with each report
• Photos will be taken of each live activation and included in weekly report, including posted signage.
• Screen shots of any digital recognition and print newsletter will be added to the weekly report as well
