All questions must be completed thoroughly to receive approval for your Product and Senior Project. All projects will be submitted to a committee for final approval. This form must be completed and returned to your senior English teacher by Friday, August 13, 2010. You will not be allowed to change your topic after October 13, 2010. The Senior Project is subject to the plagiarism policies set forth by the district and Creekview High School.
