Thank you for using Quick Photography. I am so excited to be your senior portrait photographer. Long gone are the days of your standard in-studio sessions. Your senior portrait’s should reflect who you are, these should be customized just for you and be gorgeous!

My name is Nicole Quick. Even though I have always had a camera in my hands I didn’t realize until later that I was a photographer. Some photographers this is just a job to but to me this is the air I breathe. I love everything about photography and I continue to learn more every day. I believe there is beauty within everyone. I also believe that everyone should have a beautiful portrait especially your senior portraits.

Without portraits we could not look back at our ancestors we would just have to imagine what our family looked like or how they lived. All portraits are a moment frozen in time for generations to come, without these portrait’s we would not know whose features we might of inherited or physical traits. This is why senior portraits are important to have done.

What To Expect

We will need to make sure your contract is signed and a deposit/retainer has been turned in.

Now we need to think about dates to schedule your session, all models must finalize there session no later than June 26, 2015. These sessions can be booked during the week or weekends. We must get the date in the book no later than February 1, 2015.

When you schedule your session we will talk about locations. If you have any ideas let me know or I can help pick out locations with you. As a reminder you are not limited to your town for your portrait sessions. Depending on the location will determine if there will be an extra charge for travel.

Choosing outfits, if you need ideas I can put a Pinterest board together of ideas. I want you to feel comfortable and confident in what you wear. I would like you style to shine at the session! Don’t forget accessories or props you would like in your portraits. If you want to bring everything that is fine we will use what we can for your allotted time.

The week before your session make sure you are getting plenty of sleep and drink plenty of water so you will have a beautiful glow.

Alright young ladies let’s talk make-up, hair and nails!

Hair, makeup and nails MUST be done professionally. If you would like I can refer you to a hairstylist or book the session for you. If you want me to book the session for you I will book the appointment with a stylist in your area. You will need to pay the stylist when you are there. I do not know any make-up artists so I cannot refer one. It is very important not to do anything drastic with your hair before your session. It is important to hire a make-up artist as they will have you looking flawless for your session. I suggest going and getting a mani/pedi before your session, we would love the nails to look good as they will be in the portraits. Please bring a mirror, make-up, combs or brushed for touching up.

I have 1 request that you take a before and after snapshot you will do this before hair or makeup are done. I will take a quick after portrait right before your session. This will go in next year’s senior model book to display the importance of hair and make-up being done professionally.

Young men I know you don’t have to do as much as the girls I request that you have your hair trimmed and facial hair trimmed or clean shaved.

The day of your session bring your BFF or MOM with you. You will be able to get a few portraits with whoever you choose to bring. You should bring someone that makes you feel comfortable and that can make you laugh.

I do have a changing room for anyone that would like to use it, this way you don’t have to change in your car.

After your session I try to post a sneak peek, this will be one image from your session fully edited. This image will be posted to social sites and I ask you share, post how to contact Quick Photography and tag this image. Images posted to social sites and websites are not sized for printing and would break the copyright contract rules.

Once I start editing your session I will select the best of the best and depending on which package you choose will determine how many images you will see. These images will be put in an online gallery for viewing. From here I will give you direction on how to choose your images and I will send you a link to your gallery with a password. I ask you to not share these images until I have time to post to my blog, website and social sites.

There is a 2 week time frame from the day of the session to when you will receive your gallery. If I complete your images before then I will send them to you. I will need to make sure I have the correct email to send this too.

How the program worksYou may choose any session you would like. But I highly suggest the The Diamond and Silver Collections to ensure you get enough images and time for your session.

You must have your session in the book no later than February 1st so that I can contact the hairstylist for your appointment. The session cannot be booked any later than June 26, 2015 for your session. I will post dates in January that will be available for sessions. I have 2 days during the week and 1 Saturday a month for Senior Sessions.

Payments, once accepted into the model program you are required to send a $100.00 deposit to hold your spot in the program. If you fail to do so within 5 days of being accepted your spot will be given to someone else. Your final payment for your session will be due 2 weeks prior to your main session, I will send out reminders. If you decided to go with prints/digitals ala cart or print packages the payment will be due the day of order. As a reminder if you choose a session where you must pay separate for digitals or prints you must pick a package first and can add through ala cart. Payments are received through PayPal (credit card, debit). Cash or money order. I do not take checks anymore. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment. I also do not see any of your information so no worries.

We will have our FREE group session in your area. All models are required to be there. As for a theme this is where you all become involved. We will decide together on locations or themes for this session. This session will last 2 hours; images will be of the group and individuals. I will ask you to bring prop’s if need and will need to be dressed accordion to the theme. This session will be held in April on a Saturday or Sunday Morning. Date will be decided in January, and being that is a morning date I would think there will be no conflict with your schedules. For this session girls can do your own hair and makeup if you choose but it must be done. If you choose to do make up yourself please let me know and I will send you a link on getting portrait ready for this session.

You will receive a FREE accordion min to show off images from the group session to friends, family and classmates. When you receive this it will also come with referral cards to hand out.
