You will meet and exceed financial targets whilst also maintaining the company’s strong image by providing outstanding service to their prestigious global clientele. The Client My client established 11 years ago and since have become the most successful recruitment business in London operating with over 100 consultants. They are a multi-award winning in their work and due to the nature of the business they have a ‘high-flying’ entrepreneurial approach to their work culture across all of their office locations which includes London, New York, Zurich, Singapore and San Francisco. With an average fee of £16,000 and a 23% margin they offer all their employees equity and the opportunity to have shares within the fast growing business.
