Rajesh SubramaniamManaging Director and CEO

Rajesh is responsible for driving the company’s strategic and corporate initiatives globally and evolving the company’s business model towards achieving the long term growth, profitability and industry leadership of the organisation.

Prior to joining the company in 2011 as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he was the Managing Director of Walden India Advisors Private Limited, responsible for leading all investment initiatives and managing portfolio companies. He has also been the CFO of Firstsource from November 2002 to June 2008. He has held several global leadership positions in his career including roles in ICICI Bank, KPMG, E&Y, Pioneer ITI AMC (now part of Franklin Templeton) and GIV Venture Partners. He has earned his MBA from Richmond College, London and is a commerce graduate from Madras University, India.

Dinesh JainPresident – Chief Financial Officer

Dinesh oversees Firstsource’s global finance, banking, accounting and corporate taxation. He is also responsible for all strategic financial activities including business planning, forecasting and analysis, management systems and statutory compliance. He has been with Firstsource since inception and was instrumental in consolidating the commercial and finance functions globally.

Prior to joining Firstsource, he was with ICICI Bank, responsible for US GAAP financials. He played an important role in the US listing of ICICI and ICICI bank as well as in the merger of ICICI and ICICI bank. A commerce graduate from Jodhpur University, India, he is also a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Cost Accountant from The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants Of India.

Sanjay VenkataramanPresident Sanjay is Head of Customer Management at Firstsource, focused on enhancing customer management initiatives in the continent.

Prior to joining Firstsource, he acquired rich and diverse experience in some of India’s leading companies including Mahindra Satyam as Head of South Asia and Dell as Country Manager. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India.

Venkat RamanPresident & CEO ‐ Healthcare

Venkat is in charge of Firstsource’s Healthcare Payer, Provider and Publishing businesses. With his rich experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) services he oversees operations spread across USA and India, serving clients in the Healthcare Payer and Publishing markets. His responsibilities include profitability, growth, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

Prior to joining Firstsource, he served with Lason Inc. and was responsible for BPO operations. A graduate in Physics, he also holds a Certificate in Management Development from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad, India.

Shalabh JainBusiness Transformation Officer

Shalabh leads the Business Transformation initiative for Firstsource across all its businesses. He will be incharge of new technology partnerships, drive innovation across processes and create value added solutions for clients.

Shalabh held various roles at Firstsource including leading the Domestic BPO business till recently. He brings to the table his experience from various organisations including Wipro, Compaq/HP, GE, IBM Daksh and MphasiS. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, he also holds an MBA (Finance) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India.

Arjun MitraEVP – Collections

Arjun focuses on all stages of the Collections business over the life cycle of delinquent and charged off debts. The business practices that he manages span credit card, automobile, student loan, healthcare and telecom.

Prior to this role, he was the Chief Financial Officer of US Operations for Firstsource. He began his career with Tata Tea, and then joined Enron India Private Limited as Finance Controller at Enron’s Broadband Unit. He holds a post graduate degree in Business Management from the University of Queensland, Australia and a graduate degree in Physics from St Xavier’s College, Mumbai, India.

Gavin SnellPresident – Customer Management

Gavin Snell joined Firstsource in January, 2015 and has been recently appointed as President for our Customer Management division.  Gavin has extensive global leadership experience, having held senior leadership positions with major BPO, Data and Analytics and Financial Services organisations in 4 continents.  He joined directly from Capita (a major UK BPO), where he held a senior leadership position responsible for business development and solution teams.  Prior to that, he had assumed senior general management and business development roles with Experian (including a 3 year spell as Managing Director for the UK Credit Bureau) and GE Capital.  

Gavin originates from Malawi and was schooled in Southern Africa before completing Postgraduate Qualifications in Marketing from West of England University.  He lives near Chester, UK and is married with 2 sons.

Yashwinee G KSVP – CIO and Head Technology

Yashwinee G K is the Chief Information Officer for Firstsource. She is responsible for managing overall IT Infrastructure and Services Delivery, Information Systems, Client solutions, Third Party IT Alliances and Partnerships for Firstsource.

Prior to Firstsource, Yashwinee was the CIO for IBM India / South Asia geography where she led Business Transformation and IT Infrastructure services and offerings for the region. She has held leadership positions with Syntel, Cognizant and TCS where she played diverse roles spanning IT Services Delivery, Account Management, Business Analytics, Application Development & Implementation, Solution Architecture, Technology Training and IT Audit Control. She has expertise in driving business for the finance, banking, government, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors and in managing and growing cross‐functional teams across geographical regions in India, N. America, W. Europe and Japan.

She is an electrical engineer by qualification from Pune University and has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, USA.

Arun TyagiEVP – Chief Compliance Officer

Arun Tyagi is Executive Vice‐President and Chief Compliance Officer at Firstsource. He leads Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Legal, Regulatory & Contractual Compliance and Company Secretarial functions in the company.

Prior to joining Firstsource, he worked with Indian market Research Bureau (IMRB) and American Express. At Amex, he acquired diverse experience on number of key International assignments ranging from Transition and Consolidation of Processes, Process Re‐engineering, System development & implementation and Operations Delivery. He holds a commerce degree from Delhi University, India, and is also an MBA (Finance) from Amity University.

Ganesh IyerSVP – Strategy and Investor Relations

Ganesh Iyer is Head of Strategy and Investor Relations at Firstsource. In his current role, Ganesh is responsible for formulating and implementing the corporate strategy for the organisation. In addition, he also manages and nurtures relationships with investors, analysts and investment firms.  

Ganesh has worked with Firstsource for over 11 years across a wide range of functions spanning transitions, operations, sales and client relationship management and business unit leadership.

Ganesh is an experienced outsourcing professional having worked in technology, venture capital and BPO services. He has worked with global organisations advising them on their outsourcing and shared services strategy, create business plans and develop implementation roadmaps. He has worked with clients in financial services, telecommunications, media, retail, pharma and manufacturing verticals across US, UK, and Europe.

Prior to joining the BPO industry, Ganesh worked in the venture capital industry in funding and incubating organisations in ecommerce, new technology and enabled services area. He has also worked in the corporate strategy teams of technology services firms conceptualising and implementing business plans, go to market strategies and capability build‐out plans.

Ganesh holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Trichyand a Post Graduate diploma in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
